The JUST:Q vendor product management and status page project improved an existing admin system so vendors could register, view, edit, and manage products more efficiently.

The project focused on optimizing the complex code structure of the existing vendor management system and improving the UI/UX so users could better understand their daily workflows. Key screens such as product registration, product search and editing, vendor information management, dashboard status views, and one-on-one inquiries with administrators were reorganized into a more intuitive structure.

The dashboard was designed to help vendors quickly review orders, deliveries, claims, tax invoices, product status, and sales statistics. Tables, filters, status indicators, quantity data, graphs, and tooltips were used to improve discoverability and operational efficiency. The Partner Talk feature also supported chat-style communication between vendors and administrators, creating a vendor-focused management environment that covered both product operations and communication.
