This project was a dedicated frontend lead development effort to build an interactive digital event webpage that delivers Shinhan Bank’s year-end performance review in a more engaging and immersive format.

Shinhan Bank wanted to move away from the conventional evaluation system and provide a new type of review experience where employees could participate voluntarily while enjoying the content. To break the rigid tone of traditional performance reviews, the event included a variety of content formats such as metaverse experiences, videos, and image-based sections.

The client also required an intuitive but entertaining UI/UX and strong cross-platform compatibility to ensure stable operation across both mobile and web environments.

To meet these needs, we led the development of a React-based SPA event webpage and built multiple content tabs—such as the Metaverse Space, Performance Gallery, and Performance TV—along with responsive web optimization, ultimately delivering a digital event platform that provided Shinhan Bank employees with a more innovative performance review experience.
