This project involved the development and official launch of our proprietary solution, an innovative "Web App Factory" service, designed by DevFive for individuals and businesses seeking to create mobile applications.

We established an environment where clients who already possess web page assets can easily create mobile apps anytime, anywhere, without the need for complex development processes.

By providing a rapid and simplified production process, we deliver high-quality apps equipped with diverse features and excellent performance to all clients, supporting their digital transformation. This service has firmly established itself as a core offering within DevFive's proprietary solution portfolio.

Through client interviews and consultations we derived the project's core requirements, and based on those insights we designed it around five areas that needed improvement from user experience and brand perspectives.

Build a non-developer-friendly platform that auto-generates apps from a web URL alone

Implement cross-platform app optimization reflecting Android and iOS push notifications and loading speed

Provide app UI element settings such as splash screens and custom branding features

Develop build-file (.apk, .ipa) generation support for app store registration

Strengthen the deployment and maintenance framework with client-requested fixes and technical support
